Subprocessors

Effective 2026-08-06. Supersedes the version of 2026-08-04: Vercel added for website hosting and website measurement, and the Cloud Run entry narrowed to the call-handling service, which is all it hosts now.
This list is referenced by our Privacy Policy and by our Data Processing Agreement. It names every third party that may process customer or end-user data on our behalf. Adding or removing a subprocessor is a material change and we give notice to tenants before it takes effect.

Fallback interpretation path
A secondary interpretation path (speech-to-text, machine translation and text-to-speech from separate providers) exists in the software as a fallback. It is not enabled for tenant traffic. Before it is enabled, each provider will be added to the table above with its region and cross-border safeguards, and tenants will receive notice.
Notes
- Audio: zero retention by default. The engines above receive audio only in transit to perform interpretation; we do not persist it.
- Transcript text is stored only when the tenant has enabled it and the call captured consent.
- Model and engine providers are used under terms that exclude training on our data, or with training opt-outs enabled.
- Website measurement is not part of the interpretation service and never sees call data. It runs only on the public marketing website, sets no cookie and stores nothing on a visitor's device, which is why the site carries no consent banner. Section 12 of the Privacy Policy describes exactly what it records.
